Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to identify software defects.
• Document bugs clearly in the bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with developers to verify fixes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test plans.
• Perform regression testing to protect existing functionality.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and methodologies.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews for QA input.
• Learn and use QA tools and technologies.
• Report on testing progress and defect status.
• Stay updated on software testing best practices.
