Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a motivated Junior Test Analyst to join the Quality Assurance team in Cape Town. The role supports planning, execution, and reporting of test activities across web and mobile platforms, SAP applications, and eCommerce solutions.

The successful candidate will work with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and Senior Test Analysts in an agile environment, gaining exposure to enterprise systems and digital platforms while building a career in software testing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (advantageous).
• Relevant software testing courses or certifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, create and maintain test cases and data.
• Execute manual tests across functional, integration, regression and UAT.
• Log defects with detail and track resolutions with the dev team.
• Prepare test progress reports and maintain testing artefacts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements.
