Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in product, marketing, or administrative support.
• Experience with e-commerce or product listing platforms advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the Product Team.
• Upload and maintain product information and images on internal portals.
• Prepare design and marketing briefs for campaigns and launches.
• Coordinate BISSELL brand ambassador activities, including scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Liaise with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Organise and track regular product training sessions.
• Compile monthly sales reports and manage commission reporting.
• Maintain showroom, ensure products are stocked and aligned with brand standards.

Position Overview

The Junior Product Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Product Team. This role is key in ensuring smooth product management processes, accurate listings, and effective coordination across marketing, sales, and brand ambassador activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day admin tasks to assist the Product Team.
• Product Listings: Upload and maintain product information, images, and updates on internal portals.
• Creative Briefs: Prepare design and marketing briefs for campaigns and product launches and product awareness on social platforms and for presentations.
• Brand Ambassador Coordination: Support BISSELL brand ambassador activities, including scheduling, communication, and reporting.
• Agency Liaison: Work closely with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative and marketing assets.
• Training Support: Organise and track regular product training sessions for staff and ambassadors.
• Reporting: Compile monthly sales reports and manage commission reporting for the product team.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product showroom is well maintained, stocked and visually aligned with the brand standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, ambassadors)
• Basic understanding of marketing processes and product lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital portals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years’ experience in product, marketing, or administrative support roles
• Experience with e-commerce or product listing platforms advantageous
