Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Internship or co-op experience in an industrial or chemical plant setting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles and unit operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Strong desire to learn and develop practical engineering skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in monitoring process performance and data collection.
• Support troubleshooting activities for process upsets and deviations.
• Help in the preparation of process documentation, reports, and P&IDs.
• Participate in plant walk-throughs and safety inspections.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and potential improvement areas.
• Aid in the implementation of minor process modifications or upgrades.
