Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant internship or professional experience.
• Basic understanding of chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat/mass transfer).
• Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in the design and modification of chemical processes and equipment.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and yield.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for plant operations, helping to identify and resolve process issues.
• Participate in process hazard analyses and safety reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports, P&IDs, and operating procedures.
• Learn and apply process simulation tools and engineering software.
