Qualifications

• National Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in software development, application support, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
• Exposure to enterprise applications, system integrations, or software delivery environments.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Platform Development & Enhancement: Develop, configure, and maintain platform functionality and system enhancements.
• Platform Development & Enhancement: Support the implementation of new features, integrations, and business requirements.
• Platform Development & Enhancement: Assist with application configuration, customization, and development activities.
• Platform Development & Enhancement: Contribute to continuous improvement and platform modernization initiatives.
• Platform Stability & Support: Monitor platform performance, health, and availability.
• Platform Stability & Support: Investigate and resolve application defects, incidents, and performance issues.
• Platform Stability & Support: Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of preventative solutions.
• Platform Stability & Support: Support platform maintenance activities and production support requirements.
• Software Engineering: Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
• Software Engineering: Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Software Engineering: Support all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Software Engineering: Ensure development standards, security principles, and best practices are followed.
• Integration & Data Services: Support and develop system integrations and APIs.
