Job summary

Belgium Campus iTversity is expanding its internal creative agency in Pretoria, South Africa, seeking a photographer and content creator. You will craft visuals that engage audiences, manage quick-turn projects, and maintain brand consistency across campaigns.

Required: Diploma/degree in Photography or related field, 2–4 years in video/marketing, and proficiency with Premiere Pro and Photoshop/Lightroom. After Effects is a plus, with a proactive collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Capture quality stills and video using professional camera gear.
• Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain project hygiene, folders, and version control for teamwork.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to brand guidelines.

Our internal creative agency is looking to expand their team with talented content creators. Our agency shapes how thousands of students and professionals see and engage with our brands across Africa through bold stories, and high-impact digital content.

What you need for the job

Core Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Capture quality stills and video using professional camera gear.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop/Lightroom.
• Experience creating short-form vertical video (TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Disciplined folder structure, version control, and project hygiene to ensure seamless team collaboration and project handovers.

Advantageous:

• Working with After Effect templates for motion graphics and titles.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive Collaborator: Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present ideas, unpack briefs constructively, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable & Agile: Able to switch focus between diverse brand voices and manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Requirements
