Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of basic industrial engineering principles, such as efficiency, workflow analysis, and production planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of production schedules to meet demand and operational constraints.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and operational changes.
• Help in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Participate in factory floor analysis to understand current processes and identify potential improvements.
• Assist in tracking KPIs related to production output, efficiency, and quality.
• Learn and apply industrial engineering tools and techniques for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned by senior engineers or management.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Support efforts related to capacity planning and resource allocation.
