Job summary
Trending Talent Solutions is seeking a Junior Implementation & Business Analyst to support systems implementations, document processes, and assist with configuration under guidance.
You will work with senior analysts, implementers, developers and stakeholders to improve operations, document requirements, and participate in testing and QA within a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
- Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field; relevant certifications advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Support senior analysts in analyzing business processes and identifying improvements.
- Create process maps, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Maintain accurate project and requirements documentation.
- Assist with system configuration and data validation during implementations.
- Support testing and user acceptance activities.
