Junior Graphic Design: Sublimation Print
Location: Pretoria
Type: Full-time

VanH is a premium South African cycling and running apparel manufacturer looking for a detail-oriented
person to set up Sublimation Prints in Adobe Illustrator. At our factory in Colbyn, all garments are set up on a computer and then laser cut and printed. We start with white fabric, which is sublimated to add the design and then sewn. We are looking for a
person who can set up the sublimation print artwork in Adobe Illustrator, following the Graphics Approvals as supplied by the Designer, as well as markers for Laser Cutting the fabric. The role also involves setting up heat transfers and ordering them from the printers.

You will be responsible for:

• Set up of laser cut markers


• Setting up print files in Adobe Illustrator following the Graphics Approval.


• Working with pattern templates and making adaptations.


• Setting up Heat transfers and ordering them


• Set up Heat transfer guides

Required:

• Attention to detail


• Understanding of Adobe Illustrator

You will be trained on the software for laser cutting and how to set up the graphics on Adobe Illustrator.

You will report to the Factory Manager, Sarah Stapelberg.
