Job summary

Network International is seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our growing Fintech team. The role focuses on executing manual and automated testing, identifying defects, and validating business requirements to ensure product quality before release.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in manual testing with interest in automation using Playwright and TypeScript; experience with Postman for API testing is advantageous. Collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field, foundational QA knowledge required.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• QA certifications will be an added advantage.
• Prior QA experience in fintech/payments or e-commerce is beneficial.
• Exposure to automated testing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test cases, scenarios and checklists.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and API testing.
• Validate web and mobile application functionality.
• Log defects clearly using Jira; reproduce with steps.
• Retest fixes and track defects to closure.
• Participate in requirements reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT and maintain test documentation and evidence.
• Assist in building and maintaining test plans and suites.
• Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners.
