Job summary

Precious Hidden Valley is seeking a motivated and recently qualified Junior Farm Manager to join our vineyard team as soon as possible. This role focuses on day-to-day vineyard management, supervising staff, and implementing best farming practices to sustain high-quality wine production.

You will assist with irrigation, pest control, and machinery management while maintaining records and ensuring safety compliance. A relevant agriculture qualification and leadership potential are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Viticulture or related field.
• 2–3 years' relevant farming or vineyard experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy would be beneficial.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak harvest periods.
