Job summary

iqbusiness in South Africa seeks a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant to support Deltek Maconomy ERP deployments across professional services clients. You will work with senior consultants to analyze requirements, configure modules, prepare docs, test solutions and train users.

You will participate in client workshops, assist with go-live, and support post-implementation activities while continuing to learn in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in ERP systems, software implementation or business analysis.
• Exposure to accounting or financial processes is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live.
• Assist with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Configure Maconomy under senior guidance.
• Perform testing and assist with QA activities.
• Prepare implementation docs, user guides and training material.
• Support data imports, validations and system configuration.
• Participate in client meetings and training sessions.
