Job summary

ADKTechSystems is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist the Oracle ERP Functional Team in analyzing business processes and gathering requirements for Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion applications. The role focuses on P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, with exposure to ERP modules and process documentation.

The candidate will support workshops, prepare functional design documents, assist in testing cycles, and contribute to data migration and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, ERP systems, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and AI Tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications under guidance from senior team members
• Document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business process flows
• Support gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle ERP standard functionality
• Assist in data collection, cleansing, and migration activities
• Support end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
