Job summary

C3 Resources is seeking a motivated draughtsperson with EC&I, Electrical or Instrumentation draughting qualifications to join our engineering team in Centurion. You will gain practical exposure to electrical layouts and instrumentation drawings under experienced mentors.

The role focuses on developing drafting skills, learning CAD tools, and contributing to multidisciplinary projects, with guidance to build a solid foundation for a technical career in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with EC&I, Electrical or Instrumentation Draughting qualification.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and electrical/instrumentation layouts.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical, technically minded approach.
• Good communication and teamwork within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

What We Are Looking For

• A recently completed EC&I, Electrical or Instrumentation Draughting qualification , or another relevant recognised draughting/CAD qualification
• Training or exposure to AutoCAD is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, electrical layouts and/or instrumentation drawings
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation draughting
• Strong attention to detail and a logical, technically minded approach
• Exposure to software such as Revit, DesSoft, IronCAD or Autodesk Inventor would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Most importantly a willingness to learn, take guidance and develop your technical skills
