Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in transport/logistics environment (cross-border experience preferred).
• Management of people processes and systems.
• English - verbal and written; at least 1 other language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate local and cross-border deliveries.
• Monitor routes, driver allocations, and cargo readiness.
• Track shipments in real time to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with customs agents, clearing houses, and border officials.
• Ensure all transport documentation (permits, manifests, waybills, SARS docs) is prepared and compliant.
• Maintain and update transport data in the system (trip sheets, PODs, expenses).
