Qualifications

• A relevant legal qualification (e.g., LLB or Diploma in Paralegal Studies).
• 0–2 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of basic corporate law principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns and corporate documentation.
• Support the corporate secretary in organizing board meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Maintain and update company registers, such as the register of directors and shareholders.
• Conduct research on corporate law and governance best practices.
• Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance department.
