Job summary

BCG in Johannesburg is seeking an entry-level Associate for the 2027 intake, ideal for candidates in their final year of study or who recently completed a bachelor’s degree. The Associate will work alongside cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop insights, and support client presentations, with training, coaching, and mentorship provided.

You will learn consulting problem-solving approaches while making a meaningful client impact, with opportunities to engage on real client challenges

Qualifications

• In final year of study or recently completed a bachelor's degree (advanced degrees a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and local office language(s).
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Preference given to South African citizens/permanent residents.
• Must submit 2-page CV, 1-page cover letter, university transcripts, and Matric certificate.
