Job summary

BCG in South Africa is seeking a Business Analyst-in-Training to join cross-functional teams and tackle complex client challenges. You will analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with diverse colleagues, communicate results clearly in English, and contribute to multiple projects while in your final year of study. A STEM background and strong quantitative skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be studying a Bachelor's, Honour’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong academics and analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• The minimum university academic requirement is an accumulative average GPA of 68%.
• High school pure mathematics must not be less than 65%.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
