Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a Junior Compliance Manager to support ongoing governance, regulatory and compliance standards within a growing SA financial services environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in compliance or risk, with strong knowledge of SA legislation and related financial services rules. FAIS, FICA and POPIA familiarity is advantageous; RE5 may be required depending on responsibilities.

Our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the financial services sector, is looking for a Junior Compliance Manager to support the business in maintaining strong regulatory, governance and compliance standards.

• Relevant degree or qualification in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in a compliance, regulatory or risk environment.
• Experience within financial services or a regulated environment will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of relevant South African legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA and related financial services legislation will be advantageous.
• RE5 certification will be advantageous/required depending on regulatory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
