Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Some internship or entry-level experience in communications or PR is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational ability.
• Willingness to commute to Welkom for in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and editing communications materials, including press releases and social media posts.
• Support management of social media channels with consistent brand voice.
• Monitor media coverage and online conversations related to the client and industry.
• Help organize and coordinate communication events and meetings.
• Conduct research on communication trends and competitor activities.
• Provide administrative support to the communications department.
• Assist in developing content for the company website and newsletters.
• Collaborate with team members on various communication projects.
• Respond to basic media inquiries under supervision.
• Track the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
