Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research and provide summaries to senior counsel.
• Support litigation files and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and relevant laws.
• Maintain legal documentation and contract registers.
• Assist with corporate secretarial duties as required.
