Responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, and service agreements.
• Conduct legal research on commercial law issues and prepare legal opinions.
• Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Manage client inquiries and maintain organized case files.
