Placements24 is sourcing Junior Cloud Engineers for a rapidly expanding cloud services provider. This fully remote position spans design, deployment, and management of scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP from within South Africa.

You will automate provisioning with Terraform/Ansible, monitor environments for performance and security, and support CI/CD pipelines. A strong cloud concept foundation and eagerness to obtain cloud certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows).
