Job summary

Typically 80–100 calls daily, non-advisory guidance, and opportunities to grow within the investment and fintech sector. Training, scripts, and CRM documentation are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or a client-facing role.
• Understanding of the basic sales process.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust quickly.
• Confidence in asking questions and identifying client needs.
• Comfortable working with daily call and conversion targets.
• Resilience, discipline and a results-oriented mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Interest in investments, financial markets or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Work with warm client lists generated through platform activity and behavioural triggers.
• Establish contact and build trust with clients.
• Ask structured questions to understand client needs, experience and financial potential.
• Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and assets on the platform.
• Present relevant platform benefits and available offers.
• Qualify clients and transfer high-potential opportunities to a BDM.
• Schedule follow-up calls or meetings where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records, outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts, compliance requirements and sales processes.
