You will assist in design tasks, site inspections, and project documentation, building a solid foundation in civil engineering and contributing to local development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Progress towards ECSA registration.
• 0–3 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and basic understanding of civil design principles.
• Strong willingness to learn and good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Perform basic engineering calculations for earthworks, stormwater management, and road design.
• Help prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Learn and apply relevant engineering software tools for design and analysis.
