You will work with seasoned engineers to optimize processes, ensure safety and environmental standards, and develop SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of relevant industry experience or internships in chemical manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and basic analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental best practices in a chemical setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Basic understanding of process simulation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and controlling chemical production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting process issues and implementing solutions.
• Conduct routine process data collection and analysis; prepare performance reports.
• Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Perform laboratory tests and quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Assist in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and feasibility studies.
• Operate and maintain laboratory and pilot plant equipment.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Learn and apply chemical engineering principles to real-world industrial applications.
