Role Description

From day one, this is a client-facing role; you will communicate directly with clients via video calls and messaging platforms, so strong communication skills and a professional manner are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Client communication and support

• Communicate professionally with clients via video calls and messaging platforms
• Support senior team members in capturing and documenting client requirements
• Assist with follow-up communications and keeping clients informed of progress

AI and prompt development
