Job summary

Placements24 is seeking eager individuals to join as Junior Artisan Apprentices (Boilermaker) in Richards Bay. You will learn fabrication, welding, and structural metal work under experienced boilermakers on large industrial projects.

This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training, mentorship, a monthly stipend, and a path to a recognized trade qualification. Ideal candidates have Matric (Technical Drawing preferred), good manual dexterity, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Matric with Technical Drawing preferred or related subjects.
• Strong interest in a trade and willingness to learn boilermaking.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and components.
