MyCareerCraft is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Account Manager / Bookkeeper to support client account management and financial administration in a fast-paced environment. The role involves bookkeeping, tax submissions, and collaboration with the finance team.

Ideal candidates have a related qualification, basic payroll exposure, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, with a proactive and organised approach to work.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with company tax submissions mandatory.
• Experience with bookkeeping or account management advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping functions.
• Capture and process financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations.
• Assist with debtors and creditors administration.
• Prepare and submit company tax documentation and related submissions.
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and financial reports.
• Liaise with clients regarding account queries and financial matters.
• Support the finance and operations team with administrative tasks.
