Responsibilities include managing client accounts, bookkeeping, financial transactions, and preparing company tax submissions. Qualified candidates should have Grade 12, experience is advantageous, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric required.
• Previous bookkeeping or account management experience advantageous.
• Experience with company tax submissions mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships.
• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping functions.
• Capture and process financial transactions accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit company tax documentation.
