Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Cape Town is seeking a highly experienced Client Success Manager to lead infrastructure maintenance initiatives in the CBD. • Professional registration with ECSA.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior supervisory or management role within a railway maintenance or infrastructure environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, contractor management, budgeting, and risk management.
