Infobip is seeking a technically inclined Solutions Engineering Intern to join our team in Johannesburg. The role offers hands-on experience with leading operators and brands, exposure to real-world sales environments, and collaboration with seasoned professionals.

You will participate in onboarding, internal education, and global collaboration while developing both technical and communication skills in a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering teammates on technical demonstrations and proposals.
• Assist in preparing technical content for client interactions and presentations.
• Participate in onboarding and training programs to build product knowledge.
• Coordinate with global teams to share best practices and solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing learning resources and internal education.
• Support customers and partners through the sales cycle with timely responses.
• Assist in documenting processes and outcomes for future reference.
