Job description

As our Operations Intern, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, helping to keep the VML South Africa office running like a well-oiled (and super-fun) machine. This isn't just about making copies and fetching coffee (though, let's be honest, sometimes that's part of it!). You'll get hands-on experience in everything from vendor wrangling to facilities finesse, all while contributing to a vibrant and productive work environment. Responsibilities
  • Become a Vendor Management Virtuoso: Research, onboard, and manage our awesome vendors, ensuring they're delivering top-notch service
  • You'll be the go-to person for vendor communication and problem-solving
  • Transform Our Office into an Oasis: Keep our workspace clean, organized, and inspiring
  • You'll be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a comfortable environment for everyone

Qualifications
