Responsibilities

• Monitor supply chain system performance and identify issues.
• Support testing and implementation of system improvements and enhancements.
• Maintain and update relevant master data in supply chain systems.
• Provide regular feedback to the Junior Operation Support team.
• Establish and maintain relationships with operational teams and stakeholders.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational queries and elevate unresolved matters.
• Deliver approachable and efficient knowledge services to all operations resources and stakeholders.
• Support daily system health checks and ensure smooth integration of supply chain systems.
• Log and manage HEAT calls according to SOP.
• Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data for operational improvements.
• Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies and SOPs.
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Support:Assist in monitoring supply chain system performance and identifying issues

• General Systems Administration:Support daily system health checks and ensure smooth integration of supply chain systems
