Responsibilities

• Human Resources (HR) Intern
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organising employee records and HR documents.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help maintain training records and coordinate internal training sessions.
• Assist with HR administration (leave forms, overtime sheets, new starter documentation).
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a relevant FET/TVET College qualification in one of the fields listed above.
• Must require 18 months of practical workplace experience (P1/P2 or Work Integrated Learning).
• Currently unemployed.
• South African citizen.
• Aged between 18 – 35 years (if applicable to your programme).
