Tych Business Solutions in Johannesburg invites energetic interns to join our Hospitality Recruitment Division. You will engage with candidates, shortlist applicants and coordinate interviews, while learning how to screen, headhunt, and extend offers up to placement.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, front-of-house roles, and client engagement, with a focus on excellent communication and social platform sourcing.

Qualifications

• Engage with candidates and shortlist applicants.
• Screen and headhunt suitable candidates.
• Prepare CVs for submission.
• Coordinate interviews or communicate regrets.
• Negotiate and extend offers up to final placement.
• Opportunity to bring on new clients.
• Comfortable with using social platforms.
• Experience in Hospitality - preferably in front of house positions - beneficial.
• Sound knowledge of Hospitality operations and systems.
• Excellent communicator and passionate about all things Hospitality.
