Responsibilities

• Exposure to various aspects of your discipline and rotation across different parts of the business
• Development in both the technical and behavioural aspects
• Emphasis on practical exposure, learning from experienced professionals through assignments and coaching, and attending relevant courses and workshops

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree in Information Technology (Multimedia, Web Development or Graphic Design), Instructional Design, Educational Technology or Computer Science
• Experience in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro) and Coding (HTML and CSS)
• Experience in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Lectora or Adobe Captivate will be advantageous
• Learning orientation, rule orientation and willingness to work as part of a team
