Job summary

Adapt IT (Pty) Ltd in South Africa is inviting applications for a Graduate Software Development Engineer internship. You will collaborate with developers and UX designers to build web applications, assist with design and coding, and grow through supervision by leads and senior developers during the program.

Qualifications

• Completed a BSc or BCom degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Degree incl. statistics or mathematics advantageous.
• Basic programming experience.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

• Writing and maintaining code
• Debug code
• Learning the codebase and improving coding skills
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings
• Responding to requests from the development team
