Job summary

Spane4all in Cape Town is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our operations team and drive continuous improvement across processes. You will apply lean principles, analyse capacity, and support productivity gains in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and coordinate improvement projects with cross-functional teams, contributing to service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience applying lean principles to manufacturing or operations.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Experience with data analysis to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement using industrial engineering principles such as lean processes, process optimisation, and standardisation.
• Assist with capacity planning, workflow analysis, and resource utilisation to improve productivity and service levels.
• Support project planning, coordination, and execution of operational and engineering improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
