Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is launching an 18-month graduate development programme based in Johannesburg. Selected candidates must be in Johannesburg or willing to relocate to Gauteng at their own cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field related to the Fidelity Services Group business.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 0–1 year of experience may be beneficial.
• Based or willing to relocate to Johannesburg.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have own reliable vehicle.
• Clear criminal record.
• Must be fully computer literate in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to manage yourself and others and lead a team.
• Understand the operations of the business and its departments by conducting SWOT analyses.
• Explore functions to increase productivity, quality, and customer service while reducing costs.
• Understand monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes and propose ways to optimize spending or reduce costs.
• Contribute to internal and external customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

The programme will only accept candidates in Johannesburg or willing to relocate to the Gauteng province at their own cost. The programme will ensure that graduates gain an understanding and exposure to a large corporate organization and obtain knowledge and skills for work readiness. During your time, you will develop knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics that will enable you to lead, show innovation, and implement agreed strategies with ambition, passion, and urgency. The graduate program will help develop your individual attributes and career aspirations through exposure to various specialized business concepts, objectives, and outcomes.
