Job summary

Job description

The intern will gain exposure and training on how to provide support to end users with all applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Claims System, and others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with 1st line and 2nd line support related to Applications and IT operations
• Assist in the day-to-day queries of staff on systems and databases
• Identify and resolve technical problems
• Assist with disaster recovery runs supporting Applications
• Assist with Application reports
• Set up applications as per requirements and processes on a need basis
• Provide assistance in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers and ensure deliverables are satisfactory regarding applications
• Provide support to Agent companies relating to the Policy Holder Data system, CWP, and Claims Management Systems (CMS)
• Perform any reasonable ad hoc tasks as required by the Line Manager and Service Level Manager
