Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of Java programming experience with Java 8+.
• Strong Spring framework expertise and SQL knowledge.
• Experience in system design, debugging and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement Java applications in line with SDLC standards.
• Support development environments; maintain coding standards and peer reviews.
• Produce technical specifications and system architecture documents.
• Design and debug applications to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Minimise downtime by identifying issues and managing defects.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business units to understand needs and deliver IT solutions.
• Supervise and assist fellow developers to foster team growth.
• Continuously develop personal technical and business skills to stay ahead of industry trends.
