Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support to clients or Internal IT teams.
• Knowledge of incident management and ITIL concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and log tickets, classify and prioritize incidents.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with higher‑level support.
• Document configurations, changes, and resolutions in knowledge bases.
• Assist with transitions and onsite client support as required.
