Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a dynamic IT Systems and Project Manager to lead a team delivering key IT projects, maintain core business systems, and support the wider business.

This role blends hands-on systems oversight with project leadership, ensuring smooth operations while driving technology initiatives aligned to business goals.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, integrate ERP, WMS and POS platforms, oversee budgets, and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in IT Management & Administration.
• Experience leading IT projects and managing full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including applications, system upgrades, and software development.
• Develop project scopes, plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and third‑party vendors for implementations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems and external platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Oversee ERP, WMS, POS and SharePoint system governance and lifecycle management.
• Mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary IT team and drive continuous improvement.

We’re looking for a dynamic IT Systems and Project Manager to take charge of the team responsible for delivering key IT projects, maintaining core business systems, and supporting the wider business.

You’ll ensure smooth operations while driving forward technology initiatives that directly align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Integrations:

• Evaluate software according to business needs
• Lead and manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects (applications, system upgrades, software development projects, and system implementations)
• Develop project scopes, plans, budgets, and resource allocations
• Track and report on progress, risks, and milestones
• Coordinate internal IT and business teams and third‑party vendors for implementation
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal business systems and third‑party platforms using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
• Ensure data consistency and synchronization across multiple systems and platforms
• Design and implement automated workflows and data exchange processes between applications
• Develop and maintain the IT department budget
• Manage, mentor, train, and develop a multi‑disciplinary IT systems team of system admins, support staff, and developers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance reviews and oversee team workload balancing

Systems Oversight

• Oversee the administration and performance of business‑critical systems:
• ERP and associated applications
• SharePoint
• WMS
• POS
• Coordinate upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of business systems and applications

IT Governance & Support

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards for all business systems and applications
• Ensure IT policies are enforced
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business needs
• Provide escalation support for complex incidents or service disruptions
• Gather and understand software requirements from business divisions
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and design documentation
• Implement integrations with third‑party service providers

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience and certifications)

• 5–10 years of total experience in IT roles, including:
• 3–5 years of experience leading IT projects (systems or applications)
• Proven ability to manage full project life cycles from planning to close‑out
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, POS)
