Introduction

We are excited to announce a new job opening for the position of IT Support / Technician at our company.

The Candidatewill be responsible for assisting with all IT Support, repairs, installations, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. The role includes ensuring the safe handling, inspection, cleanliness, and storage of all IT equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Administrator and report to the Head of IT, to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a good working knowledge and experience in IT maintenance tools and equipment to join our dynamic team

Duties & Responsibilities

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Educational Background:
   • A high school diploma or equivalent.
   • An associate degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
   • Knowledge of operating systems.
   • Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.
   • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and antivirus software.
   • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
3. Certifications - Required
   • CompTIA A+
   • CompTIA Network+

4. Experience:
   • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
