Glacier by Sanlam is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure compliant IT activities and provide 1st line support for GPA applications. You will coordinate changes, liaise with stakeholders, and resolve incidents while maintaining security controls and access management.
The role requires a degree or diploma in Computer Science, 3–5 years in financial services IT, and strong SQL scripting, cloud platform knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

The primary purpose of the IT Support Engineer is to ensure that all IT activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and Glacier Policies and Policy Standards Understanding and managing risks and risk events (incidents) relevant to the role.
