Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in IT operations or service management.
• At least 3 years leading technical teams.
• Experience delivering services across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT service catalogue and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure services meet SLAs/OLAs and report performance to executives.
• Lead and develop a technical team, including workload and career development.
• Oversee governance, budgeting, supplier performance, and risk management.
