Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional project management experience delivering enterprise IT and software projects.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end technology implementations across the full SDLC in corporate environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional leadership, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT, software development, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Define project scopes, objectives, resource allocations, and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Establish schedules, milestone trackers, and critical path analyses using PM tools.
• Monitor financial performance, budget utilization, cost variances, and profitability across projects.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and cross-functional roadblocks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering squads, software developers, QA testers, and vendors.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, status briefings, and steering committee meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, change registers, and sign-off records.
