Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced project manager to lead Tosca & ERP implementation and related support projects in Sandton. You will build strong relationships across teams to drive delivery and governance while ensuring audit-ready documentation.

You will coach teams, manage budgets, and execute change management with a focus on on-time, quality delivery. The role demands stakeholder communication and continuous professional development in ERP and testing tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
• Effectively implement change management practices, processes, and procedures and ensure optimal understanding and acceptance.
• Continuously develop own expertise in terms of industry and subject matter, and apply it within a specialization.
• Manage teams within defined processes, set performance parameters, and provide technical coaching as required.
• Implement people resource planning aligned with delivery and performance objectives, budget, and in collaboration with specialized areas.
• Continuously monitor project and process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues to enhance client service delivery.
• Manage and advise on projects from start to finish, aligning with organizational methods and governance guidelines.
• Manage incidents and ensure delivery in alignment with organizational methods and governance guidelines.
• Contribute to project budget development, control, and report on budgeted resources to meet project objectives.
• Compile and maintain project documentation per agreed procedures and methodologies to support delivery and comply with audit requirements.
• Apply discretion and judgment to diagnose symptoms, causes, and effects, making decisions to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Define project success criteria and communicate them to involved parties throughout project life cycles.
• Apply knowledge of products, techniques, and related processes to manage team task execution on quality and time.
• Direct, control, coordinate and optimize budgeted resources (people, procurement, systems, time, budget) to meet objectives and deliver results per project lifecycle or process.
• Manage projects for Tosca & ERP implementation and support projects.
